Dear Friends and Neighbors:
We would like to take this opportunity to discuss this year’s upcoming election. In addition to our positions as Councilmen, we are dedicated volunteers with many years of community service helping to improve youth sports programs, and the quality of life for all Wood-Ridge families. Our membership to such fine organizations include Little League, Soccer, Softball, Biddy Basketball, Track & Field and many other programs that make Wood-Ridge a desirable community that we are all proud of.
Our achievements include the development and construction of the Wood-Ridge High School athletic facility, Union Avenue Sports Complex, Obtained over one million dollars in grants for traffic safety at our schools and road improvements, Mandatory Background Checks of Wood-Ridge Youth Sports Coaches and Honoring our local veterans for their sacrifice and commitment by dedicating the Wood-Ridge website (www.njwoodridge.org) to all that serve our community.
We hope to meet with as many residents as possible and answer any questions that you may have during our door to door visits. We can always be reached at home (Ezio-201-531-0259 and Ed-201-933-5611).
We look forward to serving the needs of all Wood-Ridge residents in this next term. We respectfully ask for your support on Tuesday November 3rd, 2009. Thank you for your consideration.
“Leadership, Commitment, Experience & Vision”.
Keep Wood-Ridge moving in the right direction!
Sincerely,
Council President Ezio I. Altamura Councilman Ed Marino
